About the programs

The MEXT Scholarship was established in 1954 with the aim of supporting foreign talents with full scholarships. Students can apply directly to the school or Japanese Embassy / Consulate in their country.

YLP scholarships for young leaders

Industry: Public Administration, Law, Business

Degree: University or above

Age: <35

Japanese language training: not necessary

Tuition Fee, Tuition Fee, Initial Support Fee (25000 yen, 80% of medical expenses), Study / Project (optional)

Technical college students scholarships

The main on-campus seminars are held on twice yearly, divided by academic field (sociology, international studies, economics, tourism, CG etc.) in May-June and by school in July-August, providing students with ample information about schools. Aside from this, seminars are also constantly held where entrance exam staff from each school come to talk to students directly about their schools’ characteristics, exam content, exam preparation, employability and more.

Consultation weeks are held 3 times per term to match certain academic advancement pathways, actively supporting students so they can each progress to the route suitable for them.

AYF Scholarship (ASIAN YOUTH FELLOWSHIP)

MEXT Scholarship 2018

General information about the scholarship program

Training time

The successful candidates graduate program: to Japan in April or May 10/2018

Successful applicants to college programs, college and professional secondary to Japan in April 4/2018

Graduate level: 03 to 05 years (including 06 months of Japanese language);

University degree: 05 to 07 years (including 12 months studying Japanese);

Higher level: 04 years (including 12 months studying Japanese);

Intermediate professional: 03 years (including 12 months studying Japanese).

Mode scholarship

Candidates received under this scholarship program will be the Government of Japan granted airfare, living expenses, tuition fees for the entire period of study in Japan.
